Return, Refund & 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

At Rovemira, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, returns, refunds, and your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a return within 90 calendar days of receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us at info@rovemira.com with your order number, the name used for the purchase, and the reason for your return. We will send you the applicable return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must include all original accessories and must not be damaged due to misuse, accident, alteration, improper care, or use contrary to the product instructions.

Before returning a garment steamer, please empty all water from the tank, allow the product to dry completely, and clean it carefully.

This 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is an additional commercial benefit and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

2. Return Shipping Costs

For returns based on a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless Rovemira confirms otherwise in writing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, repair, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Rovemira cannot be held responsible for return parcels lost in transit before they reach our return address.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us at info@rovemira.com as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law in relation to products that are faulty, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Rovemira does not charge restocking fees.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest option is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product, subject to availability.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

7. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Items purchased during a promotion or sale remain eligible for our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise before purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period at info@rovemira.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

Unless we state otherwise before purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item during this legal cancellation period.

For valid statutory cancellations, we will refund the item price and, where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. We may wait to issue the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, we may reduce a refund where permitted by law if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

9. Your Statutory Rights

This policy is intended to provide additional benefits and does not exclude, restrict, or replace rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory local law, the applicable local law will prevail.
